NOTES
The Celtic Xylophone is a collection of Irish tunes for solo xylophone and marimba trio. It features arrangements of the ever-popular "Irish Washerwoman" and "Londonderry Air" ("Danny Boy") and a lesser-known work, "The Absent-Minded Woman." Each represents a different type of Irish tune - the jig, ballad, and reel - respectively. The arrangements are meant to be virtuosic showpieces for the xylophone and will work perfectly on solo recitals and percussion ensemble concerts.
